About Incense Arena

Incense Arena 2019 is a B2B networking meet for Incense, Fragrance, Sambrani & Agarwood industry, which will take place at Hotel Westin, Kuala Lumpur on 10-July 2019. It is an opportunity to listen / meet industry leaders and exhibit products as well. Last 2 editions were organized at Hotel Taj Vivanta, Hyderabad and Hotel Hilton, Chennai in year 2017 & 2018 respectively. Incense Arena will make you network, explore Malaysian market & mingle with people from South East Asia. Incense Arena 2019 is expected to be a niche gathering of 150 to 200 Business owners mostly from India, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Why Kuala Lumpur

Objective to organize the event in Kuala Lumpur is, to connect Incense, Perfume & Sambrani industry and get exposed to global market. Indian businesses may know Malaysian Businesses and Malaysian Industry people can also interact with Indians. Capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur (KL) is 6th most visited city in the World. A very well connected destination from all major Indian cities, KL is a great tourism destination, too.

Event & Schedule

Day : 1 - 10 July 2019 | 8.00 AM - 5.30 PM - Whole day conference & exhibition. (Lunch and 2 coffee breaks included)
Venue : The Westin, Kuala Lumpur (Jalan Bukit Bintang)

Day : 2 - 11 July 2019 - Reserved for an industrial tour to visit Agarwood manufacturing facility. Local Transport from Hotel Westin-KL to factory shall be arranged by Incense Media.
We have also kept limited space for display during the event, therefore space booking is on First come/First serve basis and subject to availability only. Table space shall be provided to display your products in Pre Function area. Display fee - Rs. 1 Lakh plus GST.

Self Arrangement

1. As, KL is well connected from all major Indian cities, low cost return tickets with Air Asia can be booked in appx. 12000 to 16000 INR.
2. Visa for Malaysia can be applied online on https://www.windowmalaysia.my/evisa/evisa.jsp (eNTRI visa is available for 15 days against online payment of 20 USD).
3. For currency conversion you may contact your local vendor.
4. Hotels and Local transfer in KL are affordable only. Hotels can be booked on a portal like https://goibibo.com as per your choice. You can choose an area like KL Sentral for stay. From KL Airport to KL Sentral, there are direct trains which charge only Malaysian Ringgit 25.
